This is an outstanding showcase (that we should really do more often!) to show the general public how good an extractor fan can be when a powerful fan is fitted correctly, compared to a cheap diddly little extractor fan that most people think of when we say 'extractor fan'.

If you have an extractor fan on your ceiling, and there is loft space above, this upgrade is an absolute no brainer.
 

Much more powerful, properly getting that moisture-laden air out of the property Much less noise! When the extractor fan is on the ceiling in the same room as you, you can hear the whirring and the vibrating. When an extractor fan is in the loft, you should only really hear the suction of the air (only applicable to powerful fans, if you can't hear the air moving, it's probably not good enough!) All you have to see is a pretty looking circular vent on the ceiling as opposed to a square extractor fan
