Their property in Lordswood is relatively new, circa 20 years old, and seems to have been too well insulated to the point they felt like there was no real natural ventilation in their property at all.

Like many that have come before them, they reported suffering from quite bad condensation, particularly in their bathroom. Although the bathroom was very, very clean - I could imagine they have been putting up a tough fight against any mould as soon as it was starting to appear, going by the way they were describing how humid it can get and the lack of ventilation.

So, once again, we took advantage of their loft space above the bathroom and fitted one of the best extractor fans available on the domestic market for them. Bundled with a fantastic looking chrome vent on the bathroom ceiling, it looks good - sounds good - and yes, it performs good, too.
