A commercial kitchen extractor fan we installed at a fairly well known venue in Walderslade!
This client invited us to take a look at their pain problems and wanted to see how we could solve them.
Their food menu was starting to get popular, and the kitchen was getting more and more use, especially with the deep fat friers. It was getting to the point that they were getting negative experiences due to the cooking smells and they didn't really have a way of removing said odours in a significant fashion. So the client presented us with quite a simple, yet specific set of requirements:-
it needs to clean the air up that results from the cooking, to stop the negative effects of cooking odours.
and it needs to do it quietly, so kitchen staff and customers wouldn't notice the extractor in operation.
Safe to say we nailed it! Quite a happy customer!
