registered electrician carries out EICR and fusebox upgrade in Eccles

This client came to us after having an issue with their lighting circuit.

And with their old fuse box, they'd have to rewire the fuse itself, which is something our client wasn't confident in doing. They had called a neighbour aroud to help. Their neighbour had mentioned they could always do with a new fusebox and benefit from the conveniences of having reseetable breakers, rather han rewirable fuses.

We went to see the client, have a chat about their wants and needs, and spoke to them about our recommended types of fuse boards being 18th edition RCBO-loaded boards with an SPD. We told them we fully recommend a health check on the electrics upfront, so we can flag any issues way before the big day. The last thing want is to go in blind, hoping and wishing it all goes smoothly, then all of a sudden its getting on in the day we're running around trying to work out why the electrics aren't coming on and our customers sat their wondering what time they're going to have their tea on!

And in all honesty, we can't remember the last time a client didn't take on our advice and order exactly what the doctor suggested:

A metal clad (18th edition), RCBO-loaded fusebox with a type 2 SPD.

It's a no brainer!
