This client approached us on their journey to go electric and green. As part of the step by step transition to move from central heating to all electric, they required the wet towel rail in their bathroom to be replaced by an electric towel rail. 

So we isolated, drained the system down, removed the old radiator, ran a new electric supply in, fitted the new rad, filled the system back up and tested, carried out our electrical checks, and dropped the certificate and building notification into the client within a two week period.
