A client had recently come to us, experiencing issues with their current hot water and heating system. Every now and again, their heating would get 'stuck' on, and the only way to cool the house down was to reset the supply to the boiler. Not ideal!

They already had an incling that the thermostat was the faulty part in the system, and after a few conversations we concluded that the thermostat itself is indeed the likely culprit! 

We fitted this Hive thermostat and made sure the system was running again before we left - and gave the wiring system a quick once over to make sure there were no other gremlins in there trying to play their heating system up.
