This is a kitchen extractor fan we fitted in Sittingbourne for a client who was having an EPC makeover as part of a government grant for loft insulation.
In order to qualify for the loft insulation, the property had to be in possession of extractor fans that meet certain minimum requirements as depicted in part F of the building regulations.
