Another loft extractor fan!

This client came to us around June time of 2024. They were having a little bathroom refit and on their wishlist was an extractor fan. They originally wanted one on the wall! (You can see the vent they wanted to make use of in the video).

I heard the client out - they know they suffer with condensation in the bathroom, and they know it only gets worse for the winter months when it is colder.

I played devil's advocate. Imagine, if you will, a bathroom extractor fan that outperforms most available on the market. The only part you see in the bathroom is a fancy looking ceiling vent, and the noise comes almost unrivalled. Instead of whining, whirring, buzzing, humming and vibrating, you simply hear the power of the extractor fan drawing air up through the vent.

I then told them about our override switch which we usually fit in an airing cupboard out of sight.

The client was sold pretty quickly.
