This client enquired about getting internet down to their summerhouse, circa 20-30m away down at the bottom of their garden.

We could have ran an internet cable (armoured CAT6) but the route was quite complex and the router was in the centre of the property, rather than near an external wall. Instead, for this particular project, we chose to run wifi extenders, creating an air-bridge down to the summerhouse, and installed a new unifi access point inside.

These Unifi wireless extenders work in mesh mode, which means that your device eg mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc, can seamlessly connect to the closest access point automatically - a great convenience for the whole family.
