I had a Google nest thermostat fitted by these guys. arrived on time, fitted the device showed me how it worked, was very impressed with him. he also mentioned, if there are any issues, give him a call. As it happens, I did have an issue later on that day. The device didn’t connect properly and had no heating, and as promised he did come back few days later and spend a lot of time with me figuring out what was wrong. He called google directly and found that a part was faulty. they sent the part out in the post, which was easy enough to install by myself and works perfectly now. he messaged me several times after to make sure everything was okay. Very impressed with these guys they did look after me right the way through, thanks guys
